We have a 30 day guarantee on prescriptions so if your vision still isn’t perfect you can always come back to us during that time to recheck your eyes free of charge. We always offer to adjust your glasses after getting them and at any time after the fact. We have patients come in months after getting their glasses to get their frame readjusted if it’s are too loose, bent, or just isn’t right. If you got your glasses made with us this service is always free.

People who buy contacts with us sometimes come in asking for an extra pair to last them until they get their new box and we always give them a pair to tide them over (as long as you got your contacts with us). That kindness can’t be found anywhere else. We do it because we care, not because we have to.

Aren’t there other opticals?

Yes, of course there are other opticals, but we won’t upsell you nor lie about insurance copayments the way we have heard some of them do. Patients often tell us that at other places they were told that they must get this or that added onto their prescription for whatever reason. Usually something will be added that the patient did not want or ask for, but were convinced they needed just to drive up the price. Shady tactics like that are something you won’t experience with us.

Something that has come to our attention recently was that other opticals are lying to their patients about having to make insurance copayments when there wasn’t an amount to be paid. We will always let you know the specific amount, if there is any, that will be paid. Insurance copayments are found in the patient benefit pages which most other opticals will not show you, but we are happy to. We make it a priority to to help our patients make informed decisions regarding their payments.

We have a huge selection of competitively priced frames. Some places will have a very small selection of insurance frames or non insurance frames to steer you into buying expensive designer frames. Although we also have designer frames, we would never purposefully make you choose something you couldn’t afford. We want to make sure we are working within your budget to get you what you need.

Does the price of your exams change depending on the condition of my vision?

No, our exam prices are fixed. We have heard that at other opticals the prices of their examinations were raised after finding that they patient had a condition like a stigmatism along side their myopia. We also have a 30 day warranty for prescriptions. If you want to come in and get rechecked it will be free of charge. Sometimes patients vision might change within the month so to ensure the best sight possible we always offer a recheck within the next 30 days.
